How do I get my guide?
Straight after checkout you'll see a download link on the order confirmation page, and we also email it to the address you used at checkout. If the email hasn't arrived within a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder.
What format are the guides?
All guides are PDFs. They open on phones, tablets and computers, and you can print them. The planner and checklist pages are designed to be printed or filled in on screen.
Is anything shipped to me?
No. Everything is a digital download, so there's nothing to wait for and no shipping cost.
Can I get a refund?
Because the files are delivered instantly, all sales are final. If your download doesn't work, the file is damaged or you received the wrong guide, contact us within 14 days with your order number and we'll fix it. See our refund policy for details.
Are the money guides financial advice?
No. Our guides are for education only and don't take your personal circumstances into account. For advice on your own situation, speak to a qualified financial adviser.
