All products sold by pocketmentorpdfs are digital downloads. Because these files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned once accessed, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Problems with your download

If your download link doesn't work, the file is corrupted, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 14 days of purchase at teatime.allday247@gmail.com with your order number. We'll resend the file or provide a working link at no cost.

Duplicate orders

If you were accidentally charged twice for the same product, we'll refund the duplicate charge in full.

Exceptions

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law in your country.
